In addition, Bar Bellustar will be offering “Christmas Afternoon Tea” for a luxurious way to spend the weekend during the holiday season. At Teppan Ten-yu, with the Shinjuku skyline as a backdrop, guests can savor not only the seasonal ingredients prepared right before their eyes but also the chef’s masterful skills along with enticing aromas and sounds. Restaurant Bellustar will offer a special course that incorporates creativity in a way that surprises and impresses, bringing out the flavors of winter ingredients from all over Japan while preserving traditional French techniques.
For dinner, enjoy dishes that capture the festive spirit of the holiday season, such as a paté en croûte “Bûche de Noël Salé” inspired by the classic Christmas cake; Hokkaido hair crab amuse-bouche with Japanese ingredients like red shiso and kuromoji tea, paired with caviar; and a dessert adorned with sculpted candy resembling powder snow. Champagne and wine pairings are also available, allowing guests to enjoy a more profound course experience through the enchanting marriage of flavors.

■Teppan Tenyu

At the counter seats overlooking the Shinjuku night skyline, guests can savor a special, limited-time dinner course featuring premium wagyu beef, seasonal seafood, and winter vegetables, all carefully selected by a chef with deep knowledge of the ingredients. The featured wagyu beef is “Ishigaki Island Kitauchi Ranch Premium Beef.” Due to its low melting point, the wagyu beef offers a smooth, clean richness, while the deep umami of the red meat spreads across the palate.
